Job summary

Subway in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Leadership Trainee to support restaurant operations and guest experience. You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists on responsibilities, supervise staff and attendance, and help maintain inventory levels and equipment function throughout shifts.

This role provides hands-on career experience in a fast-paced restaurant business with opportunities to learn and grow. Full-time/part-time shifts vary by location, including day, evening and weekends.

Qualifications

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
