Position Overview

The Shift Manager will oversee day-to-day management of each shift in the restaurant. The incumbent will delegate tasks, supervise staff, solve problems on the job, provide excellent customer service, and be a strong teammate to our franchise partner.

Responsibilities

• Manage each shift and address issues such as tardy employees, customer complaints, and food delivery.
• Ensure each customer is completely satisfied; customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
• Complete all daily paperwork at the unit level, including red book information, shift inventories, and other required documentation to ensure unit profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Enforce brand standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally; treat all employees with dignity and respect.
• Train staff at all levels on POS systems, back‑of‑house functions, front‑of‑house operations, customer service, and positional duties as needed.
