For employment purposes, the franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Description

We seek a Shift Manager to lead a fast‑paced McDonald’s restaurant. The Shift Manager plans and manages daily operations, delivering high‑quality customer service while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and other managers during each shift to maintain fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transition.
• Assist departments in meeting their goals and track performance metrics.
