We are looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team, ensuring customers receive a fast, friendly, and accurate experience every visit. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for a fast‑paced environment.

Employment Details

This position is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee will be your employer, responsible for all employment matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan shift schedules, monitor team performance, and take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate shift status to the next manager.
• Help departments meet their goals during the shift.
• Manage daily maintenance and cleanliness, inventory, and quality food production.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effective training to crew.
• Maintain food safety, internal communications, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Preferable prior leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation
