Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
• Plan and monitor shift performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Ensure target metrics are met during shifts and assist departmental goals.
• Take action first: lead internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Delegate tasks effectively, report results, and ensure teamwork for safe and efficient operations.
