Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises' Bluefield KFC and Taco Bell locations are seeking a Shift Manager to lead a crew, ensure smooth operations, and provide outstanding guest service in a fun atmosphere during your shift.

You will supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, maintain food safety standards, manage cash and inventory, and train new teammates to uphold company policies and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or fast-food supervision is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.

As a Shift Manager at our Fulenwider Enterprises KFC and Taco Bell restaurants, you’ll be the captain of the ship during your shift! You’ll lead a team of enthusiastic crew members, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a fun atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Supervise Shift:You’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Team Leadership:Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
• Customer Service:Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is memorable. Address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Food Safety:Maintain high food safety standards. Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to prevent any health risks.
• Cash Handling:Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Inventory Management:Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation.
• Shift Reports:Prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift.
• Training:Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Problem-Solving:Handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Cleanliness:Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Promotions and Specials:Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications
