Seaboard Triumph Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production employees on the assigned shift, ensuring guidelines are met within timing, quality, and cost standards. The role emphasizes semi-skilled and skilled operations, QA, and troubleshooting.

The position involves directing routine maintenance and setup of machines, supervising staff, and enforcing SOPs to maintain safety and product quality at STF's Sioux City facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years fresh pork experience preferred or equivalent education/experience mix.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct the routine maintenance and set-up of machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Supervise production employees and set daily/weekly objectives.
• Maintain safety, quality, and HACCP standards; train employees on SOPs and JSA.
• Monitor time and attendance for payroll purposes.
• Address questions on the floor and conduct monthly line meetings.
• Review yields, variances, and calculations to drive improvements.
