Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment or six (6) months experience in fresh pork processing facility.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret documents in the English or Spanish language such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.

• Monitoring machines and equipment and adjusting when necessary
• Adhering to all safety procedures and policies; and performing additional duties as requested by supervisor
