Job summary

Seaboard Triumph Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production employees on the assigned shift, ensuring output stays within timing, quality and cost standards. The role emphasizes supervision of semi-skilled and skilled operations, quality assurance and problem solving.

Applicants should have a relevant technical degree or supervisory manufacturing experience, with knowledge of safety programs, HACCP and USDA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry; supervisory preferred.
• 2 years fresh pork experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write reports.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents; follow procedures.
• Experience in following SOPs, JSAs, and HACCP/USDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on assigned shift to meet guidelines.
• Maintain safety and ergonomic programs.
• Train employees on safe operating procedures including lock-out/tag-out.
• Direct maintenance/setup of machines, equipment.
• Schedule shifts and manage attendance.
• Review time and attendance for payroll.
• Walk floor daily; conduct monthly line meetings.
• Aim for HACCP and USDA standards.
