Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management, accurate portioning, and maintaining holding times.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and collaborates with team.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems while maintaining quality and costs.
• Manages inventory levels and cash handling to support profitability within company guidelines.
