Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification required
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Must be 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Exemplifies core values and maintains a positive attitude while working with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains ROIP readiness and costs within standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing inventory and cash using company systems.
