Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service, contributing to restaurant profitability. You will manage operations, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain standards across all stations.

The role requires coordinating shift coverage, maintaining product quality, and supporting inventory and cost controls. Candidates should have prior shift leadership in a quick-service restaurant and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and portioning.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance standards (FOCUS system, costs, cleanliness).
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues.
• Contributes to profit goals by adhering to company guidelines and cash management duties.
