Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking Shift Leader Trainees in Florida North Naples to grow into the Shift Leader role within about 90 days. You will support store operations, greet Guests, process transactions at the POS, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment while learning leadership duties under supervision.

The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and adherence to store procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of management or leadership experience; or 2 years of college or technical training in Business Management or related field; or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and assist with store operations.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Operate POS to process transactions, handle cash and reconciliations.
• Stay current on required training, policies, and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and direct other sales associates when acting as MOD in training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment and assist with merchandising.
• Assist with daily deliveries and stock product on shelves as needed.
