Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee in Florida to begin a leadership path toward a Shift Leader role within 90 days. You will act as Manager on Duty in training, open/close the store, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

You will greet guests, handle transactions via the POS, train teammates, and maintain a clean, organized store. Expect a thorough on-the-job program with product knowledge and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of management or leadership experience or education in business management or related field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing store operations.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Greet guests, provide prompt, friendly service, and process transactions with the POS system.
• Train and coach team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment and assist with deliveries and merchandising.
