ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. is hiring a Shift Leader Trainee in Cape Coral, FL. The role trains to become a Shift Leader within ~90 days, emphasizing high-quality guest service, loss prevention, and store operations.

The position requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and prior leadership or management training. You will work a full-time on-site schedule with opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and team discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior leadership experience or training in a management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training, open/close the store, and assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing store operations.
• Greet guests with prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Operate a POS terminal with cash handling, tender types, and coupon/discount applications; assist with opening/closing reconciliations.
• Stay current on required training, policies, and product knowledge for compliant, high-quality guest experiences.
• Train, coach, and direct sales associates while acting as MOD in training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store, stockroom, and guest areas including restrooms.
• Assist with daily property upkeep: sweeping, debris removal, parking lot care, cart retrieval, trash, restroom cleaning.
• Provide wrapping for ABC products, assemble gift baskets, and offer carryout service as needed.
• Unload and stock weekly truck deliveries; merchandise and display products per guidelines.
