Job summary

High Tide Oil Company, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations of our Krystal restaurant in Calera, AL. You will work with the management team to uphold brand standards, coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction, safety and profits during shifts.

Qualified candidates will have ServSafe certification, a HS diploma or GED, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overnights. Proficiency with MS Office and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software – proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• May travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in selecting, training and coaching A+ talent to achieve key results.
• Support the performance management process and accountability.
• Model customer-focused culture and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure food safety standards and operational procedures are followed.
• Execute restaurant plans and support marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash, inventory, labor and controls during shifts.
