Papa John’s is seeking a Manager Designate in Fayetteville, AR to lead shift operations under the General Manager, uphold brand standards, and drive customer satisfaction. You will guide teammates, ensure safe, efficient service, and contribute to the restaurant’s growth and profitability.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards.
• Trains and promotes quality standards to team members using Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to the General Manager and fosters teamwork and accountability.
• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly service and building check averages.
• Controls costs and budgets using the PROFIT System and oversees cash management.
• Manages inventory levels and ensures the restaurant is clean, equipped, and safe
