Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a Manager Designate for our Fayetteville, NC location.

You will report to the General Manager, lead a team to deliver quality products and exceptional service, and coach staff toward achieving operations, safety, and profitability goals. This role develops the competencies to advance to General Manager through hands-on leadership, decision making, and accountability.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer’s order.
• Communicates, trains and promotes quality standards to team members using the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to the General Manager and builds an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and accountability.
• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly service and promoting local restaurant marketing to increase check averages.
• Manages profit, cost controls, and cash management; uses PROFIT System to stay within budget and executes administrative duties.
• Plans and manages inventory levels using the restaurant’s system to meet sales and minimize loss.
