• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational policies.
• Handle customer issues and resolve concerns effectively.
• Support sales goals by promoting services (packing, printing, mailboxes, etc.).
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Location:Long Island, NY
Job Type:Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation:$18–$22/hour (based on experience) + performance incentives

Position Overview

The Shift Leader is responsible forrunning the shift, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is a key leadership position with growth potential into higher management.

Key Responsibilities
