Qualifications

• Ability to supervise teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned team(s) and manage shift performance.
• Organize travel plans for off-site team members.
• Ensure daily data accuracy for TFT and customer expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving and Customer Representatives.
• Participate in new employee orientations.
• Complete Layer Process Audits (LPA) as scheduled.
