Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. seeks a Team Leader to supervise a crew of material handlers and general laborers in our Ohio facility. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety, and maintain high quality and on-time delivery standards.

The role requires forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong computer skills. You will drive continuous improvement, manage workloads, and report performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Criminal background check, Drug Screen, and Post Offer Pre-employment physical.
• Grade 12 education; college/university or equivalent experience.
• Valid Forklift License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of material handlers and general laborers in the shop.
• Oversee all material handling activities, including receiving, staging, storage, and shipping of materials, safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment and ensure proper inventory flow to prevent operation or shipping delays.
• Ensure parts are delivered to the customer on-time and accurately; monitor KPIs on the BPD board.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs; troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Act as liaison between supervisors/management and team members; report issues or delays promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, material flow, and reduce waste.
