Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for the 3rd shift (floater/offsite). You will supervise Inspectors, prepare work instructions, and review data in Vantage/CVP systems while representing TFT professionally to customers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with Vantage scanners and ISO standards. Some local travel and security checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Supervision of inspectors and team leadership responsibilities.
• Understand CVP and Vantage workflows and setup.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.
• Willingness to travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Hands on supervision of assigned Inspectors
• Represent TFT professionally at all times
• Prepare work instructions and review CVP/Vantage data
• Time sheet authorization and inspector training
• Coordinate with Customer Representatives and support ISO/compliance
