Job summary

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor in Spring Hill, TN to lead Inspectors and Team Leaders, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate staffing to meet TFT and customer expectations. Local travel may be required, and a strong focus on continuous improvement is essential.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, excellent communication, and ISO knowledge. Wages start at $22.59 per hour, with comprehensive benefits in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiar with all ISO standards.
• Flexibility to meet customer service demands.
• Criminal background check, Drug Screen, and Post Offer Pre-employment physical.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance; some local travel is required.
• Valid passport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have a complete understanding of Vantage and CVP.
• Set up work cells and practice 5S.
• Understand ISO procedures.
• Lead by example and adhere to company policies.
• Issue corrective actions for improved performance as required.
• Organize travel for off-site team members.
• Promote a positive work culture and team atmosphere.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervise and direct assigned team(s).
• Complete Layer Process Audits as scheduled.
• Participate in training for production personnel.
• Input into performance appraisals for team leaders and inspectors.
