Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a production shift in the United States. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding a team to meet performance targets.

The role requires strong communication, adherence to ISO standards, and the ability to organize travel for off-site staff; local travel is expected. You will help develop personnel and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License, vehicle and insurance required.
• Criminal background check, drug screen, and post-offer pre-employment physical required.
• Willingness to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform manual handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage team to ensure overall performance and development of entire shift; issue corrective actions as required.
• Organize necessary travel plans for all off-site team members.
• Promote a positive work culture and team atmosphere; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with Shipping and Receiving regarding customer requirements; coordinate with Project Coordinator as needed.
• Foster continuous improvements and participate in training requirements for production personnel.
• Complete Layer Process Audits (LPA) as scheduled; contribute to departmental and corporate goals.
