Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. seeks a hands-on Inspector Supervisor to oversee assigned Inspectors and ensure TFT standards are maintained. You will train staff, prepare work instructions, review data in Vantage, and authorize daily time sheets while supporting CVP activities and ISO compliance.

Travel for local assignments is required; a valid driver’s license and insurance are necessary. The role emphasizes 5S, ergonomics, and continuous improvement within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Inspectors and maintaining professional image.
• Familiar with CVP package and Vantage scanners.
• Understanding of 5S, work cell setup, and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Criminal background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally; passport preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands on supervision of assigned Inspectors.
• Represent TFT in a professional image at all times.
• Review data in Vantage and authorize daily time sheets.
• Train Inspectors on CVP, sort by CVP Authorization.
• Prepare work instructions and conduct hands-on training.
• Foster continuous improvements and adhere to health and safety rules.
• Coordinate with Customer Representatives for relevant accounts.
