Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing/Operations Supervisor in Ohio. The role oversees scheduling, safety, and ISO compliance while driving continuous improvement and cost-conscious operations.

You will lead a diverse team, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and support customers with responsive service. The position requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma (post-secondary preferred), and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years Supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; valid passport preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Flexibility to meet customer service demands.
• Working knowledge of Employment and Safety legislation.
• Criminal background check, Drug Screen, and Post Offer Pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage team members through Plant Manager and assigned personnel.
• Promote compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment and conduct incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve department and plant goals.
• Understand logistic and inventory requirements; ensure PM procedures are followed.
• Support customer requirements and liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Lead in 5s principles and strategic initiatives.
• Manage performance reviews and employee development.
