MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor Lead in Tucson to serve as second in command on the store leadership team. You will lead, coach and develop Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.

You set the tone for team, showing how to embrace customers as guests and create an environment where everyone belongs. MOD leaders are promoted internally, and the role can be a long-term career home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to coach, teach and inspire others.
• Ability to follow and enforce processes and standards compassionately.
• Customer service skills and ability to remain calm and focused.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high.
• Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for Squad Crew and customers.
• Listen to and resolve concerns; escalate to GM as needed.
• Manage shift duties checklists and address equipment malfunctions.
• Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad and celebrate wins.
