Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Point Pleasant, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in day-to-day operations. You'll coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience while maintaining clean, well-run dining room.

You will move up to 50 lbs, work 38-40 hours per week, and lead a small crew of 2–5. Requires HS diploma, 1 year QSR experience preferred, Serve Safe certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation
