Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Point Pleasant, New Jersey is looking for a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store and delivering the Jersey Mike's experience with outstanding customer service. You will coach staff, produce high quality food, handle cash, follow training programs, develop others, enforce policies, open/close duties, and lead a small crew.

Requirements: high school diploma, 1 year QSR experience preferred, Serve Safe certification, 18+, reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
