Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at the Point Pleasant, New Jersey location. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, and uphold Jersey Mike's customer service standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, one year of QSR experience, and food-handling certification. You will lead 2–5 crew members, handle cash, and help open/close the store in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation
