Dunkin' in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a Shift Leader to coach team members and execute brand standards during shifts. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include supporting the restaurant manager, maintaining food safety, overseeing inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, with emphasis on teamwork and timely feedback across a fast-paced environment.

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution; ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members; coach team as needed.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies throughout a shift.
• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for shift.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift and schedule team members for shifts.
• Handle cash over/short during shift and follow cash handling policies.
