Job summary

Dunkin in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, set goals, and ensure brand standards are followed during each shift. You will lead with timely feedback to improve performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supporting the Restaurant Manager, managing shift plans, supervising cash handling, and maintaining food safety and inventory throughout the shift. Previous leadership in a fast-paced setting is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to maintain smooth workflow and resources.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide great guest service and handle complaints professionally.
