Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support store operations and empower a high-performing team. You will help the General Manager train staff, oversee guest service, and ensure quality and safety across shifts.

This role offers growth opportunities and requires leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, quick-service environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of quick service supervisory or leadership experience.
• Food Handlers certification may be required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of shift.

Responsabilités

• Supervise team and ensure quality, guest service, safety and cleanliness.
• Run shifts and support GM in policy execution and staffing.
• Train and develop restaurant staff to meet company standards.
• Assist in interviewing and discretionary disciplinary actions as needed.
• Explain menu items to guests and uphold cash handling procedures.
