RPM Pizza in Mississippi is hiring a Team Member to lead shifts and uphold Domino’s brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

You will train and coach Team Members, manage scheduling and labor, ensure food safety, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

The role offers hourly pay with bonus opportunities, benefits, and RPM Pizza College leadership development to help you grow with the team.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive.
• Completed RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
