Job summary

RPM Pizza in Biloxi, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses.

The role involves managing schedules, labor, safety, and inventory while driving marketing and operational initiatives under the General Manager's guidance. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
