Job summary

Domino’s RPM Pizza in the United States seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals under the guidance of the General Manager. You will train and develop Team Members, maintain safety and sanitation, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume store.

You will participate in Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses, while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older; 21+ to drive where required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun environment for customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
