Job summary

RPM Pizza in Gulfport, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete required RPM and Pizza College training.

You’ll manage scheduling, safety, and inventory, partner with the General Manager to drive performance, and work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Operate store equipment including ovens and food prep tools.
