RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Gulfport, Mississippi to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members, complete Domino’s and RPM training including Pizza College courses, and help maintain brand standards and safety across the store.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for leadership development and career advancement through RPM Pizza College.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older and 21 to drive.
• Completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold brand standards and represent RPM and Domino’s.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
