Job summary

RPM Pizza in Mobile, AL, a large Domino’s franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will train Team Members and uphold brand standards while completing Domino’s and RPM training.

This non-exempt role offers hourly pay with bonus opportunities and benefits for eligible Team Members, plus ongoing leadership development through RPM Pizza College and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21+ to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Successful completion of RPM and Domino’s training courses.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
