Job summary

RPM Pizza in Lake Charles, LA, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals. This role trains Team Members, enforces brand standards, and completes RPM and Domino’s training programs, including Pizza College courses.

You will manage scheduling, safety, and operations, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, while fostering a positive team environment and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
