Job summary

RPM Pizza in Mobile, AL, part of the Domino’s family, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure customer service excellence, and support store goals. This role trains and develops Team Members while upholding safety and quality standards across daily operations.

You will assist with scheduling, inventory, and promotional initiatives, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Passion for teamwork and community involvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun environment for customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
