Job summary

Caribou Coffee in New Richmond, Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or trained to assume Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to adapt to changing shift demands and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of Team Member responsibilities with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts, keeps energy high, and ensures smooth hand-offs.
• Maintains brand standards, quality, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coaches and trains the team on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Performs administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Supports guest connections and promotes a welcoming environment.
• Opens/closes shift with effective delegation and prioritization.
• Upholds core values and contributes to an inclusive culture.
