Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Shift Leader at our New Berlin location in Wisconsin. You’ll lead the team during shifts, ensure brand standards, uphold quality, handle guest interactions, and support the General Manager with daily operations.

Requirements include at least 6 months in a leadership role, being at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or GED. You should maintain flexible availability and demonstrate a positive, energetic presence to keep the team engaged and the store running

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or properly trained to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and maintain flexible availability.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Leads shifts with brand standards, guest connections, and energy to keep the team on track.
• Coaches and trains team members in role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Ensures SOPs, quality, cash handling, store safety, and security are upheld.
• Manages tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and product orders with integrity.
• Delivers smooth shift hand-offs and delegates objectives to the team.
