Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Wantagh, NY is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and support the CVS Store Management team. You will ensure opening/closing procedures, supervise staff, and deliver strong customer service to build loyalty.

You will work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends, with pay between $19.00 and $28.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible hours.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when management is unavailable, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions to support store goals.
