Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Management team, supervise staff, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, and a seamless store experience, with a typical 29-hour week and pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour. Prior retail supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervisory abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by directing activities and coordinating with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price, merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays; execute seasonal and promotional setups.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
