Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in executing store plans and improving customer service. You will lead staff in managers’ absence, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a positive customer experience.

This role offers 25 hours per week with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour and a benefits-rich part-time program. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, discounts, and voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and store displays.
• Stock shelves and merchandise, price items and reset departments per planograms.
• Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise displays and signage.
