Job summary

CVS Health in New York, NY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. In this part-time role, you will lead staff during opening and closing, supervise daily tasks, assist customers, stock and merchandise, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient store environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, flexibility for early mornings, nights and weekends, and offers competitive pay between $19 and $28

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help and thank customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate stock, pricing and displays.
