Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Ashland, VA to manage store operations during on-shift hours. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and support management in sales, safety, and program execution.

You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, coordinate tasks, and uphold brand standards while maintaining quality, speed of service, and store appearance. This role requires flexibility and leadership presence on duty.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and coaching to team members.
• Oversee shift operations as Person in Charge when no senior leader is present.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash control, and company policies.
• Drive high standards for food/beverage programs, quality, and cleanliness.
• Maintain store appearance and handle side duties and maintenance as assigned.
