Job summary

Torrid in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store management, help open and close the shop, and deliver an amazing shopping experience for our customers. You’ll lead by example in selling skills and customer service, assist with merchandising strategies, keep the store inviting, and perform register functions to drive add-on sales.

When Store Management is out, you’ll act as Manager on Duty. This role requires a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior specialty/apparel retail management experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experience
• Be fashion-focused and stay on top of current trends

Responsibilities

• Support store management in achieving KPI goals
• Lead customer service and selling to drive add-on sales
• Assist with merchandising and maintain a clean, inviting environment
• Perform register functions and manage store operations as acting Manager on Duty
