Torrid in Union Gap is seeking a Keyholder to support store management, open and close daily operations, and provide an engaging shopping experience for customers.

You will lead by example in selling, help implement merchandising strategies, perform register functions, and stand in for store management when needed. Applicants should have proven retail leadership, adaptability, and fashion awareness.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven sales leadership.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, schedules, and trends.
• Fashion-focused and aware of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to meet store objectives and KPI goals.
• Model selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Support merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store.
• Perform register functions and promote add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is away.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
